2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

Provide the specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service.

Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notice Requirements

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Important: If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The removed material may be restored in 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ProVideoSaver has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

5. Our Service Operation

ProVideoSaver is a video downloading tool that processes URLs provided by users. We do not:

  • Host any video content on our servers
  • Control what videos users choose to download
  • Preview or review downloaded content
  • Store downloaded videos after processing

We act as a conduit for user-requested downloads and comply with DMCA takedown notices regarding specific infringing URLs.
